Whether it's a class within school time, or a class outside of school, a weekend workshop or party, our goal is to bring you the benefits of yoga, singing and dance. We follow current themes and topics and build these into fun and inspiring experiences specifically designed to nurture physical and mental health.
We teach poses, promote teamwork, develop self-discipline and self-control. We also look at mindfulness with breathing techniques and relaxation exercises.
We love nothing more than seeing the benefits that yoga can bring.
And if you'd prefer something more lively, we can teach singing, dancing, drama at our performing arts camps run every school holiday.
