Family Yoga adventure to the Circus!

With the help of the beautiful gift of a children's imagination we created a fantastic story in our yoga adventure.......

We went to the Circus in South America via rocket ship, motor car, submarine, boat, aeroplane and even a bike! We then saw fire breathers, flying trapeze artists, acrobats, clowns, elephants, lions, giraffes, bunnys and even monkeys! Children's imagination really is beautiful Imagination is what makes a family yoga class, we incorporate all their ideas into our adventure, there is no right or wrong answer! We also explored with the Tibetan Bowl (singing bowl/ yoga bowl) on our hands and our tummies. I hope to all meet you at Future Yoga Factory events, Love and Namaste Tilly!
