Sauncey Wood Primary School

Tilly went to Sauncey Wood Primary School to run a drop in session during their lunchtime also during comic relief.

Tilly was warmly welcomed by the Head Teacher and started to set up for her session ahead.....

She was over whelmed with how many children came and joined in the session from years 1-6. If there was a record for how many children we could fit into a class room I think they win the prize!

Children learnt fire-breathing, lions breath, jungle partner yoga poses such as (Monkey, lizard on a rock, elephant and more....) And also a human Mandala which Tilly explains as a Kaleidoscope (making beautiful shapes with our bodies in one group trying to stay connected.

The Yoga Factory is starting a class after Easter on a Monday After-school for all students to attend.
