Sneak Peak on what I was up to bright and early this morning at @weareuglyduck studios in London filming for The FIT FIX a first-of-its-kind health, fitness and sports show that will be distributed across the entire UK gym and fitness club sector. The show will be fortnightly delivered to members and pay-as-you-go users of all the UK's major gym chains and local authority leisure centres.
