Tilly Booth
Owner, 200hr VinyasaYoga Teacher, Childrens yoga teacherMusical Theatre Teacher, Family Yoga, Party Entertainer, Childrens Mindfulness Teacher.
Tilly attended local Primary School Woodend and local Secondary School Roundwood Park, she always knew she wanted to dance and continued her training at Centre of the Arts, Hitchin, Urdang London and then Graduated from the Bodywork Dance Studios in Cambridge on the three year Professional Musical Theatre and Dance course accredited by Trinity College London.
Tilly performed in Qatar early July 2016 performing in Alice in Wonderland as Alice.
She also performed in the Philliphines performing in Peter Pan as Tinkabell. Prior to this she performed in Spalding at the BayTree Theatre in Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland playing Alice!
In September 2015 Tilly performed in Qatar Doha, performing in Cinderella for the Eid Celebrations.
She has also performed for the Queen at the Queens Jubilee in London, where she worked alongside Lea Anderson MBE.
Tilly worked alongside Les Enfants Terribles, an immersive theatre company based in London, well known for Alice In Wonderland at the Waterloo Vaults. Recently, she was privileged to work for Save the Children charity event "Winter Gala" at the Guildhall London.
She found her love for yoga when she had reconstructive surgery in 2015 on her ankle, she used yoga and meditation as a new focus through harder times...
Since then she has trained with Rainbow kids Yoga completing her 27 hours and 95 hour in kids yoga teacher.
Completed her Calm Kids teaching Mindfulness course and her Adult 200 hour Vinyasa Training with Frame London alongside Emily Clare-hill and Michael James Wong.
Tilly is mum to of two young children Winston & Poppy.

Becky Thompson - Kids Yoga teacher
Becky is a qualified primary school and Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher having worked across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 . At various stages she has also worked in a number of special needs environments. She believes yoga to be incredibly powerful at helping us balance out the ‘stressors’ in our lives - which is becoming increasingly important for children with the pressures they now experience. Becky runs her own yoga business in Rickmansworth area.
Becky has run full day yoga workshops at Crabtree Junior School, Wheatfields Junior School, Windermere Primary School, Shepherds Primary, Chorleywood Primary.
Loren Goldsworthy -
Children, Tween/Teen, Family Yoga Teacher
Loren delivers fun and creative yoga classes sharing her passion for yoga and the yoga journey. Her background is in events and theatre production, but she is happiest on her mat! Loren is currently also undertaking the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) teacher training course and often runs adult yoga sessions for us (Meraki 2019) Loren runs monthly Brownie and Guide workshops across Hertfordshire for the Yoga Factory.
Bethany Filler -Musical Theatre, Camp Leader, Party entertainer.
Bethany Filler trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School from year 6 to year 11, gaining Head Girl Status in her last year, before continuing her training at Bodywork Company International, leaving with the triple threat award. Bethany has taught singing, musical theatre and a variety of dance styles over the years, and she currently teaches Tap dance at Bodywork Theatre School, as well as teaching jazz, tap and cheerleading in a number of other schools. Some of her professional theatre credits include:
Hairspray, The Producers, Singing in the Rain, Charlotte's Web, Sister Act, Adult Panto (UK Tour), Rapunzel (Tour), Dick Whittington. She has also worked in Film, Tv and Radio for company's such as Disney Channel, BBC, Channel 4, Warner Bros.

I can’t suggest any improvements as Beth was great! She kept the children well entertained and engaged. I’m glad that I went for the hour option as suggested on your website as I think that was the perfect length for such small children and any longer it would have been hard to keep them on track!
