Tilly Graduated from the Bodywork Dance Studios in Cambridge on the three year Professional Musical Theatre and Dance course accredited by Trinity College London.
Tilly performed in Qatar early July 2016 performing in Alice in Wonderland as Alice.
She also performed in the Philliphines performing in Peter Pan as Tinkabell. Prior to this she performed in Spalding at the BayTree Theatre in Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland playing Alice!
In September 2015 Tilly performed in Qatar Doha, performing in Cinderella for the Eid Celebrations.
She has also performed for the Queen at the Queens Jubilee in London, where she worked alongside Lea Anderson MBE.
Tilly worked alongside Les Enfants Terribles, an immersive theatre company based in London, well known for Alice In Wonderland at the Waterloo Vaults. Recently, she was privileged to work for Save the Children charity event "Winter Gala" at the Guildhall London.
She found her love for yoga when she had reconstructive surgery on her ankle during her training, she was told to practise yoga for mind and body and decided to further her training with Rainbow yoga where she teachers tots - teen yoga in Central Hertfordshire.
Party Entertainer,Workshop Leader and Musical Theatre teacher
Ashleigh trained at Italia Conti where she studied musical theatre. After graduating she worked abroad for two summers performing in musical shows for families. She has also appeared in short films and a promotion commercial as part of her acting work. She is now focusing on teaching for a while and hopes to inspire young children following their passion.
You will meet Ashleigh at our School Holiday camps and workshops and is a fantastic Party entertainer for our dance parties

Kids Yoga Teacher
Fully certified, insured and with DBS and full Paediatric first aid Gemma teaches safe and fun yoga classes that promote health, well being, kindness, community, connection and mindfulness. The classes are co-created by the children enabling them to not only develop physical strength and mental clarity but also to develop independence and confidence.
She looks forward to teaching for Tilly's Dance & Yoga Factory.
Becky Thompson - Kids Yoga teacher.
Becky is a qualified primary school and Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher having worked across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 . At various stages she has also worked in a number of special needs environments. She believes yoga to be incredibly powerful at helping us balance out the ‘stressors’ in our lives - which is becoming increasingly important for children with the pressures they now experience. Becky runs her own yoga business in Rickmansworth area.
Becky has run full day yoga workshops at Crabtree Junior School, Wheatfields Junior School, Windermere Primary School, Shepherds Primary, Chorleywood Primary.
Loren Goldsworthy -

Loren delivers fun and creative yoga classes sharing her passion for yoga and the yoga journey. Her background is in events and theatre production, but she is happiest on her mat! Loren is currently also undertaking the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) teacher training course and often runs adult yoga sessions for us.
Bethany Filler -Musical Theatre, Camp Leader, Party entertainer.
Bethany Filler trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School from year 6 to year 11, gaining Head Girl Status in her last year, before continuing her training at Bodywork Company International, leaving with the triple threat award. Bethany has taught singing, musical theatre and a variety of dance styles over the years, and she currently teaches Tap dance at Bodywork Theatre School, as well as teaching jazz, tap and cheerleading in a number of other schools. Some of her professional theatre credits include:
Hairspray, The Producers, Singing in the Rain, Charlotte's Web, Sister Act, Adult Panto (UK Tour), Rapunzel (Tour), Dick Whittington. She has also worked in Film, Tv and Radio for company's such as Disney Channel, BBC, Channel 4, Warner Bros.

Jade Marriot - School Holiday camp teacher, Party Entertainer.
Jade trained at Bodywork Company Studios where she was offered a DADA scholarship to train in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. Jade's credits include performing as a Professional Dancer and Assistant Choreographer for the Hawthorne Theatre in Cinderella, Dick Whittington and most recently Aladdin 2019. In 2017 Jade worked in overseas as a comperè and performer for TUI. More of her recent credits include, touring and performing at the Market Theatre as an actress playing Wicked Wilma for Dick Whittington, the Princess in the Market Theatres Adult Pantomime in 2018 and is currently choreographing for a number of dance shows and wedding dances in Hertfordshire. Jade has a great passion for teaching and is an enthusiastic and warm hearted teacher.

My name is Gopa Bhatt, I am a fully qualified Astanga Yoga Instructor qualified from The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, India with over 15 years of teaching experience.
My passion is to spread my love of Yoga by teaching both Children and Adults through tailored classes.
My journey into Yoga began in my early 20s when I lived in India.I believe by encouraging kids to ‘relax through play’ will enhance their flexibility, core strength, coordination, mind and body awareness.

Beth Landen - Event and Party leader/teacher
Beth has been dancing for 17 years and a dance teacher for 9 years teaching across Hertfordshire.
Beth's love of dance started in disco freestyle at Kliks Dance Academy where she competed all over the country making it to champions level.
She was also part of a troupe where they competed all over the uk in different dance events and auditioned for televised programmes like 'Got To Dance'
She then joined Collective Dance and Drama in 2010 as a student taking classes in ballet, jazz, modern and commercial jazz then going on to take her teachers exams. She now has teaching qualifications with ISTD, ARBTA, ZUMBA and a level 2 award in Dance leadership as well as DBS checked, insured and first aid trained.
