If the venue/customer/company have to cancel the agreed event/booking and give The Dance & Yoga Factory 28 days or more notice then we ask for 25% of the agreed price

 

If the venue/customer/company have to cancel the agreed event/booking and give The Dance & Yoga Factory 14 days or more notice then we ask for 50% of the agreed price

 

If the venue/customer/company have to cancel the agreed event/booking and give The Dance & Yoga Factory 7 days or more notice then we ask for 75% of the agreed price.

 

If the venue/customer/company has to cancel their event/booking and give The Dance & Yoga Factory less than 7 days notice, than the event is payable in full.

£15 admin fee charge will be applied to refunds.

If a class is cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen events (snow, school closures)  we may not be able to reschedule. No refunds will be given.
